Curley & Pynn Welcomes Kaitlyn Myers as Public Relations Specialist

ORLANDO, Fla. (July 21, 2025) – Curley & Pynn Public Relations Management – The Strategic Firm® – has hired Kaitlyn Myers as the firm’s newest public relations specialist. A former intern and part-time public relations coordinator with Curley & Pynn, Myers officially rejoins the team in a full-time role.
In her new role, Myers will support public relations initiatives and content development for clients in a variety of industries, including the nonprofit sector.
Myers first joined Curley & Pynn in January 2024 as a public relations intern, where she assisted in the development of media relations materials and spearheaded outreach, created and managed social media content, contributed to competitive analysis reports, and supported additional client initiatives. She later returned to Curley & Pynn in Fall 2024 in an increased capacity as part-time public relations coordinator. In this larger role, Myers continued to hone her skills and take on greater responsibilities within the firm, supporting more complex projects that earned media placements in outlets such as the Orlando Sentinel and Orlando Business Journal.
Myers earned her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations with a minor in Sociology from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in May 2025. While at UCF, she gained additional experience through internships with UCF Athletics, Universal Yums and Destination Brides. At UCF, she served as marketing & social media chair for Alpha Epsilon Phi and was an active member of Quotes, the Ad/PR Club at UCF.
Shortly after her graduation, Kaitlyn earned her Certificate in Principles of Public Relations from the Public Relations Society of America and the Universal Accreditation Board.
