Director of Administration

 

The Ocean Reef Community Association (ORCA), a unique, highly progressive
Homeowners Association located in North Key Largo, FL, has a position available for a Director of Administration (DOA) who will report directly to the ORCA President.

The DOA will assist the ORCA President in the performance of high-level administrative, technical and professional work directing and supervising the administration of ORCA. The DOA will serve as the professional representative for ORCA as assigned or in the absence of the ORCA President. We are seeking a proven leader who can develop short and long range plans, coordinate with other departments and agencies effectively and who can provide professional advice to the ORCA President and Board of Directors, as needed.

A degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Management, or a closely related field and five years of experience as a Community Administrator is strongly desired. Considerable knowledge of modern policies and practices of community management is also desired. In addition, a State of Florida Community Association Manager License or ability to obtain a License is required.
