One of our philosophies at Curley & Pynn is “Focus on what keeps the client awake at night.” But what do you do when something keeps you awake at night? Whether it’s professional or personal, there are nights that I find myself tossing and turning, adding to the to-do lists in my head. And being a mother of four doesn’t make it any easier. Quieting the brain can be a tough ask during the wee hours of the morning when you know your list is growing by the second.
Not having a public relations firm in my corner to worry about what keeps me awake at night is a bummer, not to mention forces me to do it for myself. So, what I usually do is put on Pandora’s Chillaxing Jazz Radio to lull me back to sleep. There’s something about calming Jazz music that does the trick. We’re always going to have those restless nights, but how we handle it is key.
